gnome-panel.h missing from gnome-core

This filing is missing as of today's CVS (5/31).  Can't build without
it.  Here's the error I get:

mico-glue.cc and most other files in ../gnome-core/panel/ have the
following includes:

#include "gnome-panel.h"
#include "panel.h"
#include "panel-widget.h"
#include "mico-parse.h"

#include "cookie.h"


"gnome-panel.h" is nowhere to be found in panel/ or any other part of
the gnome-core hierarchy.
