Sounds reasonable. Basically, all that is needed are the two files
'fsusage.c' and 'mountlist.c' from GNU fileutils and their header files.
I'll put an autoconf macro 'GNOME_FILEUTILS' in gnome-common/macros that
does all the checks that are needed. When it's working then, we can think
of whether we should put it into a library.
