Mico Java Interface compiling

1. Did anybody else have problems with the parser generated ?
I had to change the variable reference in the productions.

2. the --with-gtk=<install dir> option.  what is the install
directory ? The directory of the libs ? include files ?
gtk-config ? the base such as /usr/local ?  I have tried
/usr/local/{lib,include,bin} and just /usr/local, but it wont
produce libmico-gtk.
