New utility--kinda

Dear Fellows,

I've attached to this message the source file for a util that I wanted to
write while I was learning GTK. Unfortunately, I haven't had the time to
finish learning GTK, and haven't finished the utility. I'm also a lousy
programmer, so I've done things that I know are wrong (like using 'system'
instead of 'exec').

It's a very simple util--all it is does is present the user with a text
box to enter commands to launch X apps. I never even got around to
figuring out how to make it capture a RET to launch the program, so I just
used a button. It should probably also quit on ESC. (This should also be
configurable, b/c you wouldn't ever want it to quit if you were using it
in an FVWM button.) I also kinda thought it should have some history, but
I'm not sure if that'd make it too complex.

I'd like someone who knows what he's doing to take the fifteen minutes and
finish it. I think it's something that'd be very useful in various
places. It seems like the kind of little thing that'd enhance a desktop.
(And I'd like one w/o that button taking up so much space in my button
bar!)

I also had plans to do something called 'xsudo'--so one could launch
programs from WM menus as root w/o being root, like what IRIS uses. I
don't think I'll get around to doing any of these things until summer, so
if someone wants to do it, please do so. I think it'd be very useful.
