I belive you should solve it temporarly by defining some defaults, in
a central shotcuts.h file, example of what could be defined #define
MENU_APP_QUIT "Quit, ^Q" and #deinfe MENU_APP_SAVE_FILE "Save file", until
you have solved it more properly.
I haven't had a look at GNU localization/nationalisation but something
simmilar is crucial. Some one told me that the Amiga, really made use of
localization, everyone could start a translation of a program by
themselves, that resulted in several programs being translated.
