Gnome Panel build error

Right now, the gnome panel doesn't build fresh out of the cvs tree.
Apparently, the gnome-panel.h file is generated using Mico's IDL
compiler but dependencies are computed before the .h file is generated.
The files depend of the .h file. Circular dependency.
