If a binding uses a set of accelerators which use
Alt-letter combinations, keyboard menmonics have to
switch to another key (not Alt) or navigation is then
restricted to arrow keys (menus) and arrow keys/tab
(dialogs, etc.)

It would probably be wise to specify symbols like
"file::open" rather then "open" to avoid problems
with e.g. "file::open" and "project::open" in an IDE, etc.
