Fixed in CVS now.

I have added `IIOP-design.txt' and all of the `.idl' files. `libIDL.texi'
is not included in the distribution since the `TEXINFOS' line is commented
out in the Makefile.am, I left this as is.

If there are still other files missing, please tell me.

Btw, besides of the non-working idl-compiler in the `test' subdir, a
`make distcheck' works now.
