Article for GJ

Hi

I am Vid from India and I have been volunteering in the Ubuntu, LC, DW
and KDE communities.  Earlier, I had written to Sri about doing a
story on : Gnome users - asking users how they use gnome, do they know
which application they are using, its name, its functionality, etc....
and he mentioned that it would work as an article.

0] The wikipage :
http://live.gnome.org/GnomeJournal/ArticleSubmissionQueue , has older
(2007) entries, so am I supposed to use this to add my article to the
queue or #1.

1] The wiki also has a page -
http://live.gnome.org/GnomeJournal/ArticlesBeingWritten ,  which is
Deprecated ? Seems like the page has not been updated after 2005-06-05
... It says "Current Articles Being Written - All articles are due by
May 16, 2005".

2] http://live.gnome.org/GnomeJournal/PlaceForNewIdeas - Is this a
place for new ideas for articles to be written or something else ?

Since each publication has its own style, I hope to learn the GJ work
patterns soon :)
