Re: Who is committing to writing an article for the next issue?

I will commit to writing an article for the April GNOME Journal.

"Behind the scenes of creating the GNOME 2.18 Live Media:  An interview with Ken VanDine"

"Paul Cutler interviews Ken VanDine, founder of Foresight Linux, on building images for the recent GNOME 2.18 Live Media release.  Ken discusses his goals in helping create new GNOME Live Media, the tools he used in putting the different images together, what he learned through the release process, and his plans for future GNOME Live Media releases."

This will be my first submission to GNOME Journal. Ken has agreed to the interview, and I've presented him with topics for the interview, and I'll be sharing the questions with him this week.  I felt this may be timely as 2.18 just came out, and we haven't had a GNOME-hosted LiveCD release since the 2.12 release.

Please let me know if you need any other information or have any questions.

Thanks!

If you've committed, or are thinking about writing an article for the
due date of April first for the next issue, please reply to this
email on the GJ mailing list stating the following:

1) That you've committed to writing an article or want to commit to it.
2) The name of your article
3) A short summary (2-3 sentences) of your article.

I will use the short summary (#3) for the article intro when we
release your article on the CMS.

Thanks,

Jim Hodapp
