@albfan, thanks for your report, I believe we can safely ignore these errors for now, we're going to retire Bugzilla soon, once that has happened we'll just remove the code that was responsible for taking care of adding new versions from ftpadmin. I'm keeping this issue around so that I won't forget to update ftpadmin accordingly.
