I've made www.gnome.org/~USER redirect (permanent) to
people.gnome.org/~USER

This as www.gnome.org will use Plone, and we should separate the static
sites from the dynamic. The people subdomain is something which is
already used by 

Note: In the default Puppet httpd configuration the UserDir has been
disabled. Meaning: ~/USER will only work on people.gnome.org, not any
other site.
