Mailing list cleanup

I removed some closed mailing lists. Per default, the archives are NOT
removed, though for private archives it'll mean nobody can see them
anymore.
Also changed the /archive/index.html generation script to show the
archived of removed mailing lists.
We should probably further investigate which mailing lists are not used
anymore.
