I don't want anything blocking "getting started" if we can help it.
If possible, I'd really like to have something up (even if I have to
type an IP or a ridiculous URL) before the end of the month.

So yes, let's move ahead on the domain transfer stuff, but let's not
let it get in the way of testing out initial deployment.
