So you mean that it's, for instance, this 
<category
rdf:resource="http://api.gnome.org/doap-extensions#bindings"; />
in the clutter-gtkmm DOAP file that's causing it to show up in the wrong
section?

But how do I know what sections may be used. Can I just invent
"bindings-extra"?
