CVS-commits-list posts no longer archived

Hi guys,

I've disabled the archiving of 'cvs-commits-list' posts. It seems like a
particularly large and cumbersome archive of data that is replicated and
more readily retrievable from our version control system (CVS, and soon
Subversion) and from our Bonsai database etc.

It's one less lump of crap for the archiving scripts to process etc. I
hope nobody misses it too much :)
