Request for a mailing list & another question

Hi again :-)

Here's the request I sent and that rt3 didn't like. We'd really love to
get the mailing list for Monday.

 + a nice name would be outreach gnome org  However, there's not a -list
   in there. Maybe outreach-list?
 + this will be a private list
 + I'll be the admin
 + I'll moderate the list

Also, we'll soon put a form on a page on the website. This is needed to
send a mail to the mailing list. We've used the python script written by
Owen for the usergroup license agreement as a basis (see
usergroup_license.py on window). Would it be possible to install our
script? Should I send it here?
