live.gnome.org moinmoin upgraded to 1.5.6

Hi,

FYI, as I have had to restart the live.gnome.org python process quite a 
few times recently, I upgraded moinmoin from 1.5.5a to 1.5.6 a few 
moments ago to ensure it included all the latest bugfixes. However, it 
still appears to be running pretty slowly and chewing lots of CPU, so I 
suspect that's not really solved the real cause of the problem, which I 
haven't yet identified.
