In that context, would it not be useful to have the hackfest/meeting
pre-GUADEC? I don't suppose everyone on the hackfest list is planning
to be at GUADEC.

Plus, <https://wiki.gnome.org/Hackfests/India2013> does list the
"Areas" (of interest?) but doesn't necessarily list what the
individuals "want to do". Without that it would be difficult to
specific agenda.
