Orca: Heads up re strings for spoken presentation of MathML content

Hey all.

I just committed some localizable strings to Orca master for spoken
presentation of MathML content. As you will see, the translator notes
include the following shouted warning:

# TRANSLATORS: PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS STRING MAY BE CHANGED PRIOR TO THE 
3.18
# RELEASE. IMPLEMENTING SUPPORT FOR SPOKEN MATH IS A CROSS-PLATFORM 
EFFORT
# AND CONSENSUS ABOUT EXACT PRESENTATION HAS NOT YET BEEN REACHED. YOU 
CAN
# CC YOURSELF TO https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=751816 TO BE
# NOTIFIED WHEN STRINGS ARE FINALIZED.

Hopefully it's self explanatory. :)

As for why I went ahead and marked them for translation before they are 
potentially ready: As you may know, there are Orca users who are also 
Orca localizers. Having their input as users about Orca's spoken 
presentation of MathML content is very valuable to me, and marking the 
strings now should make it easier for them to provide me with that 
input.

Lastly, in addition to the aforementioned bug, I'll send this list an 
all-clear when the strings are finalized. And I'll strive to finalize 
them ASAP.

As always, I really appreciate the work you all do for Orca and its 
users!
