empathy-accounts UI changes

Hi everyone,


We've done some UI review of the new version of empathy-accounts [0].
With the help of Allan I've picked and fixed some low hanging fruits:

Should replace the birthday calendar by a button

Hide stupid vCard field roles

Remove account info

The first bug (birthday button) introduces the strings "Select..." and
"Select". 

I quickly checked and I don't think those changes should affect the
existing documentation.

The fixes for all these bugs have been already reviewed and approved.

The current UI in master looks like

and becomes http://people.collabora.com/~cassidy/accounts.jpg with those
patches. As you can see it's much cleaner and have the nice side effect
of not making the accounts window ridiculously big.

I really think that would be a good improvement to have in 3.4 but if
needed I can pick only a subset of those bugs.
