I think the important thing here is that people from the i18n community
have to approve string breaks, and they are on this list. So I assume
the required people saw that there were unanswered concerns, and yet
approved it anyway, which is what makes me unhappy.

Again, I would have loved someone from the GTP coordination team to
actually look at the patch and see that there is an issue before giving
approval. Of course, I would have also liked the developers who reviewed
it to realise that this string freeze break affects a string with a
reported bug, but maybe that is asking too much.
