Damned-Lies and i18n

The i18n process of Damned-Lies is functional again. But it cannot use
the standard intltool (some translatable content is in the database), so
you should pick the po files in damned-lies itself and then commit in
the SVN (there is a README explaining that in the /po dir).
The updated translations are not immediately visible either (at least
for now).

This process should also allow support for other non-pure-intltool
modules in the near future.
