Yes. That's true.
Other outcome from GNOME 2.23/2.24 listed at DL is just to see what is
our progress in GNOME 2.23/2.24. Release early (add GNOME 2.23/2.24
stats early), release often (update the stats often). :-)

Yes, it is somewhat similar...
... but not the same.
