You can also submit your translated files in Bugzilla. You'll find a
link on your team's page http://l10n.gnome.org/teams/ps ("Report bug in
translation").
Then you can ask on this list for someone to commit them, giving the
link of the bug report(s). It's not very good practice to directly
attach a file on a mailing list.

You won't receive an SVN account before having done several
translations. I'm sure you understand we must first be sure you're doing
things correctly before giving you an account.
