Surely, this is a plan for the future. Now lets do things in order. I
know Dimitris and his team are still working to make Transifex suitable
for upstream.

No, we clearly signified to Og that now that BillReminder is in GNOME
SVN, the responsability of translations has been deferred to the GTP.
