It's not a matter of 1 string, but 17 (PluginInfo). One of our
translator noted this problem after using the "make update-po" method.
I think that the bug http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=387579
should be carefully reviewed by one of our translation system guru.
Resolution of this bug don't take into account the intltool toolchain.
