Hello,
www.arabeyes.org , the Arabic localization meta-project provides an
English->Arabic word list. This is not far from being complete, we added more
terms to make it more comprehensive. Beside that, you can use PO files in
cvs.arabeyes.org to make a translation database. We are focusing for the
moment on a technical dictionary to make the translations more homogenous and
therefore provide a better compodium and to make QA easier.
