This is totally unacceptable for me.
There is nothing saying Gerona is the English established name for this
Catalan city, and actually, the official name for this city is "Girona".
As far as I have been able to research, "Gerona" is not an official name
for the city.
I just found about this change while going through the state of the
Catalan toponyms in the file.
