For plural forms, you have to fill in the "INTEGER" and the "EXPRESSION"
in order to determine the relation between numbers and plural forms.
It can be either an error or bad language support, if you don't fill in 
the values. For general guideline, basically everything in ALL CAPICAL
LETTERS should be changed.

There's some documentation on how to fill it in the info page of
gettext -- search for "Plural Form" in gettext info page, at the bottom
there are examples on how the values should be filled for each language.
