plural form ruleq

Hi folks,

On some PO there are plural forms strings. Until now we didn't touch the
header, well only to insert translators name. But one translator asked
me if we have to include this last line:

"Project-Id-Version: PACKAGE VERSION\n"
"Report-Msgid-Bugs-To: \n"
"POT-Creation-Date: 2004-03-03 03:52+0100\n"
(...)
"Plural-Forms: nplurals=INTEGER; plural=EXPRESSION;\n"

Shall we insert this --^ line?
