No, the context part MUST NOT be translated. After all, the user would
be totally confused by seeing the equivalent of "Select your language:
noun|Russian", wouldn't he?

No, glib's Q_() [which expands to g_strip_context] only strips the
context if the string is untranslated; it doesn't strip anything from a
translated string.
