Translations for Gossip

Hi!

As you guys might have noticed we made a release of Gossip yesterday. We
(as often) realised yesterday that we had forgotten to announce this to
the i18n-list in advance. We decided to go ahead with the release and
then do a 0.3.1 (or 0.4 depending on whether we have time to add a few
features) release by the end of the week if we have gotten translations
by then (probably Friday).

Gossip is in Gnome-CVS.
