last date for translations chekin?

Hi,
  What would be the last date for cheking in translations (so that
they are part of Gnome 2.4 final release).
Current schedule says

September 1  	Release Candidate tarballs due
September 3 	Release Candidate release
September 8 	2.4.0 FINAL tarballs due
September 10 	2.4.0 FINAL release

So should it be on 8th or before?
