Yes. At the current state (string freeze) you can fix things like typos
via "overload": provide corrected messages in en_US.po and en_GB.po
files. Thus the english native speaker, who cares about proper locale,
will see proper messages -- even those working in Canadia; this cascade
should do the trich for them:
LANG=en_CA
LANGUAGE=en_CA:en_US:en_GB
