Getting a new release of xml-i18n-tools would be good.  Although this
problem only affects people who build from CVS (who I would expect to have
up to date tools).  As xml-i18n-tools is included as part of the
distribution tarball, people building from tarballs don't need to worry
about this as much (provided I have the correct versions on my system).
