Yes, it's a possibility. Perhaps 3 buttons for the options would be
clearer for the user than selecting from a list and clicking "Ok" or
"Yes". I did the proposal as similar as possible to the original, but
giving a new design.

box, it means, a style to be used by all aplications.

Yes, I agree. The clearer windows, the easier use.

Yes, again my proposal is for aplications in general, for example when a
option list is shown, each option can have an icon before the sentence.
