sounds good. i have a few other pieces from the writings of dr. ben
schneiderman, keynote speaker at the 1998 usability professionals'
association convention, which essentially lay out like eight golden
rules of ui design and which happen to fit nicely into the two "levels
of usage." incidentally (or, more likely, quite intentionally) they are
very similar to the fundamentals of the apple style guide so i'll try to
type them up and contribute them as well. same bat-time, same
bat-channel.
