Ah.  Those titles are currently sections of the "Fundamentals"
chapter.  I am not sure if this will be the final form; the Mac Human
Interface Guidelines have several parts, and the first part contains
about three chapters with the titles you mentioned.  I am not very
concerned about the logical structure right now, since we need content
first.

Thanks!  This is a nice piece.  The wording is a bit dense, but that
can be fixed over time.  I have made a couple of fixlets and put it as
a "Levels of usage" subsection -- feel free to suggest a better title.
It is of course on cvs.

The concepts you present will most likely be explained fully in each
of the sections of the "Fundamentals" part, just like in the Mac HIG.
