not entirely. we have provided several links to real research and showcases
and have done a few field-tests of our own (at least two of us).
but maybe we should stop the discussion and simply make one or a few
proposals, try to implement or simply fake them and then throw them at a few
nonsuspecting users. leave 'em alone with the mess for a while, then collect
feedback and see which proposal worked best.
