The hazards of trying to catch up with messages in chronoligical order.  I
posted messages putting my support behind the RSG over the UISG after
Federico posted this, but before I read it.

I will gladly support this effort.  I will update some of the proposals I
have already posted, but were never dealt with, and resubmit.  Thank you,
Federico, for assuming this difficult task.
