The UISG now proposes:
o Program File Edit Options View Help
o "Preferences" is now listed under Program.
o The decision is split regarding whether or not "Program" should be an
icon, or text. I'm now willing to break consistancy on this issue, for
the sake of branding. Any input is welcome.
