are there any details on the icons? we've had the point here before that for
instance for color-blind people icons are often indistinguishable.

other than that it pretty much explains why toolbars are such a common
feature. but not many people have as yet dared to make the whole menus
iconic, right?

what did stop them? is there additional reasearch on this subject?
