Thanks, that fixes the blinking problem. However, now there is another problem:

When switching windows, the top-left corner of the active window
contains some artifacts. It appears for some milliseconds when you
press Tab, but is very visible. That window corner contains the
content of the top-left corner of *screen* (like, apps/places menu,
the window title, window menu, etc; or apps/places menu and desktop
contents).

Unfortunately, when I tried to record the video, those artifacts are
not visible on the video.
