It's quite difficult to follow your instructions to reproduce the bug, however
thanks to the screenshot I was able to see it.

It is not a bug, "respaldo" is very widely used Spanish as a translation of
"backup", and is used not only in Evolution but in many more applications.

And what's up with "keep gender concordance"? Do you mean to keep it for "copia
de seguridad" or for "resplado"?

This bug won't be fixed.
