Most of the screenshots in gnome-user-docs were updated for the last
release, but there are a fair few screenshots in other applications
which need to be updated because of the changes in the top bar. I have
pushed some notification-related changes to master already as I missed
Jim's email about the branch!
Is it then preferable to work on master going forward?
I think this is the best approach when fixing something which is
clearly incorrect as a result of UI changes because outdated
documentation is one of the worst things that a user is likely to come
across… but I don't have any objections if someone prefers to work in
a branch. It was my fault for missing it in this case. I will try to
rebase the branch against master tomorrow so that it will be easier to
merge.
