Yelp has pkg-config integration. And package managers are good
about figuring out dependencies of packages you request. So we
could probably get away with something like this:

You need <link action="install:webkitgtk3-devel">WebKit</link>
to go through this tutorial.

But, as always, we'll be bitten by differences in package names
on different platforms. We need a solution to this nonsense.
