Empathy help updates

Hi,

I'm going to updated Empathy help during this coming week based on
what has appeared on this blog post:

Do you have anything that should be addressed, fixed, improved? I'm
trying to organize a little bit the work due to other things I need to
take care of in this period (translations hell).

@Jim: if you are reading this, I remember you were playing a little
bit with the order of the various sections while in Chicago. Did you
play a little bit more? Have something we can apply? Would like to fix
that too.
