It was mostly a matter of choosing the appropriate meaning tag to match
the HTML style tag.
Shaun, does this need some kind of classification in the XML?

You are the best judge of that. They look like documentation for people
who are working on the metacity source code itself, so I don't think
they need to be made pretty.
