Yelp UI Changes

Hi,

The eagle-eyed among you may have noticed a small change being committed
to yelp UI.

Basically, before the top bar of the TOC was previously blue.  Now, it
follows the theme colours.

The other change is to swap around the find bar icons to be more
epiphany-like. [1]
